Cliff proposed a new category for older members that will be an honorary membership limited to 10 people and is for older members 75 + years old. These members will not be allowed to fly but will be strictly honorary.

Cliff will research this topic and present it at the next meeting when it will be voted upon.

RAM show attendance was generally low and may be affected from Internet competition.

New members were introduced at the meeting.

A proposal to have members fly at the Plymouth Field was proposed. An entrance key will be issued for member access to the field and a one-time fee of $125 will be paid. Directions to the field will be posted on our web site.

A discussion on how to leave the key for members was discussed and will be discussed at the next meeting.

Members must also keep their email addresses updated for important messages from the club.

Paul will distribute membership cards at the next meeting.

Cliff also reviewed his flying experience while down in Florida.

A Proposal to redo the Southbury field was reviewed. Two options were proposed:
1. Annual program re-seed lawn and maintain it.
2. Redo a section of the field by removing part of the sub surface. Excavate and put down gravel.

It was proposed that any plans for the lawn should be started in March. A vote was taken to proceed with checking options to redo the field and a proposal will be submitted at the next meeting.
