Cliff mentioned a new rule change in which a new pilot on his first flight must have a club member as a spotter.

Also night flying will now be allowed.

Club cards identifying flyers will need to be worn at all times at the flying fields.

A written request to pave the new field at Plymouth, Connecticut was sent on December 12, 2012.  No reply to this request has been received and a follow-up call will be made.

A new rule for 2.4 Ghz flyers will be instituted in which a board will be constructed to post your AMA card and a pin will be pulled to post to your radio.  Eddie will build the 2.4 Ghz Ghz board.  This procedure will confirm that 2.4 Ghz flyers have an AMA card.  This proposal was voted on and accepted by club members.
