Treasurer Report:

Brian reviewed expenses and income since the last meeting. A vote was taken and the Treasurers Report was accepted.

Bob Motta reviewed club membership and said that there are 94 paid members so far. Also Bob needs eMail addresses for certain members.

The Vernon Show has been canceled due to a lack of their club support. Bob sent out an email to the Vernon club to offer our assistance for a proposed show. We should also check into doing a club auction ourselves.

There is a problem with our club web site due to an unresponsive internet provider and we may have to change sites. To change our site we will need to contact Ken Galer who set up our original site does anyone know his current address and phone number?

Field Review:

Cliff mentioned that the Southbury field is in great shape. The Newtown field is also in great shape.

Sound & Safety:

Gino had no comment.

Old Business:

Cliff reviewed the success of the January 1, Southbury fly in. A thanks was given to all attending and the hospitality of Ron in opening his home to everyone.

New Business:

Cliff introduced new members to the club. Cliff also reviewed his flying adventures on Lake Zoar with a new float plane.

We are also checking into having laminate badges made up for club members. Also being investigated is the rented bus for the New Jersey RAM show.

Also mentioned is that tables at Southbury are only for assembling your plane not for storing items PLEASE ABIDE BY THIS RULE.

Club Web Site:

A clarification regarding the problems with our web internet provider, but with the company that is our Registrar for the Domain name.  We have no problem with the hosting company, which I changed when I took over as webmaster several years ago.  I need to get the user name and password information from past member Ken Gaylor so I can change Registrars to a more professional Registrar.

Show and Tell:

Cliff brought in a great Hangar 9 TaylorCraft model. The plane has a G38 engine - Great plane Cliff!!

Bob Motta brought in a Hellcat model built from a Gemco kit. The plane's construction is fantastic with thousand of rivets. The plane also has a 60 Irving Engine great plane Bob!
